Paulette Sanders Obituary-Identified As Victim of House Fire
The Winston-Salem Fire Department has recently confirmed the identity of a 61-year-old woman who perished in a house fire this morning.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 2709 Piedmont Circle, responding to the reported house fire at 3:43 a.m. on January 11.
Tragically, Paulette Sanders, an adult female victim, was discovered near the rear door. Regrettably, she was pronounced dead at the fire scene.
Investigators have concluded that the cause of the fire was smoking in bed.
